Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been processed for shipping, the tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Changes and Cancellations

Please note that a change of delivery address is not possible once the order has been processed for shipment.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed for shipping.
Lost in Transit
In the rare event that a parcel is lost in transit, the payment for the order will be fully refunded.
